What started as one kid going door to door with a lawn mower became a platform to help any teen in any neighborhood do the same thing, and get paid.
As a junior in high school, I couldn't find any meaningful work. I wanted to be outside, be active, and actually earn real money. I looked around my neighborhood and saw lawns everywhere and a community that genuinely supported local teens.
So I grabbed a lawn mower and started going door to door for hours a day. I researched branding, marketing, and customer service and slowly built a brand.
That first summer I worked 80 hours a week, brought on 10 of my friends, and we had an absolute blast. By the end of the season we'd served over 400 customers and won the Nextdoor Neighborhood Favorite award.

I wanted to change the way kids like me worked. I knew there were teens in every neighborhood, in every city who wanted to work hard. They just didn't have a way to do it.
So I built Lawn Teens: a free platform that lets any teen start their own landscaping business from their phone.
Whether you need your lawn mowed or you're a teen ready to earn, there's a spot for you in the Lawn Teens community.
