Lawn Teens, Inc. ("Lawn Teens," "we," "us," or "our") operates a marketplace connecting homeowners with local teen workers for lawn care and related services. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and your rights regarding that information.
By using our platform — including our website, mobile experience, and related services (the "Platform") — you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Lawn Teens permits workers aged 13 and older to join the platform. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
For workers under 18, we collect limited information from a parent or guardian (name, email, and phone number) solely to verify parental consent. We do not use parental contact information for marketing purposes, and we do not share it with third parties except as required to operate the Platform.
We do not knowingly allow workers under 13 to create accounts. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will delete that information promptly.
Parents may contact us at privacy@lawnteens.com to review, update, or request deletion of their child's information.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited circumstances:
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes (e.g., payment records, which we retain for 7 years).
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and row-level security controls on our database. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
